The two founders are Phil Marshall and John Choong.

Phil has designed electronics for Dolby Labs and NAD.

John has consulted as industrial designer to NAD and TAGMcLaren Audio.

They decided to explore ideas together and finally manufacture their own products. In this they are assisted by specialists in CNC machining, cabinet makers and finishers.
